KILT – Karnataka Institute for Leather Technology is among the country’s premier leather training institutes, promoted by the Government of Karnataka.

KILT was established in 1983 as an autonomous institute to provide specialized industry-focused technology training courses in the manufacture of Leather Shoes, Leather garments, Leather goods and Product Development.
